Hi there, about an hour ago in a middle of a gaming.My son noticed some dead pixels and white spot on his monitor. i tried different hdmi cables , i did an lcd conditioning and the issue remains. just to make sure i plug in my second monitor to the same PC and everything is fine on it so the logical conclusion is the issue is the monitor ( the panel itself is clean, no scratches) i would like to RMA and get another monitor as replacement . i have opened a service request but no response so far. please advise

We're currently looking into the issue with the private messages. As per the latest update, the part is expected to be available by 12th March 2021. We will continue to track this and keep you posted on the progress.
