Delayed Orders

I recently purchased 3 computers on November 23rd.  Was told there was an issue with financing.  Called financing and they said everything was fine.  Received email that order was canceled.  Called to reorder and spent two hours on the phone.  Ended up reordering on-line, to find out I now had 6 PC ordered.  Spent another two hours on the phone to cancel second order.  All were to be received by Dec 21st.  Have received two PC and received an email this week that the third PC is now delayed until Jan 19th.  Spent another two hours on the phone transferred 5 times to be told there is no option.  Email I received said that order would be canceled, and found out it was not.  Ended up canceling, will go to local store to purchase PC now so my daughter will have before Christmas.  Will be the last time I ever order from Dell, worst customer service ever!
