Delivery ETA
I have never had experience from Syncreon/walshwestern before.
I had placed an order for a laptop on Friday was shipped yesterday. It's in the UK in LUTTERWORTH apparently. However, tracking says ORDER DISPATCHED FROM HUB. at 12.28 and the ETA is for 29/07/2014. (Tuesday) I was actually told by Dell I would have my laptop on Monday and by the looks of things on the tracking it's looking I should have it on Monday as I live in Scotland, not far really.
Nobody hasn't phoned me about times etc so is the ETA just a guideline? Any help would be good. Cheers

We appologize for all of the Walsh Western issues. This is a USA based Forum. We USA liaisons cannot access non-USA order numbers or see your tracking data. You should contact the Customer Service teams for your country to address Walsh Western issues. They will be better equipped to see your UK/Ireland order number and the tracking data.
