I also have had a charge of 26 dollars charged to my card resulting in a -26 balance by Dell dmi sales out of round rock texas.. I paid for the laptop and the case. I have been on hold for 2hrs so hopefully we can get to the bottom of it.

I got the same problem for four transactions were made for 10.57$ to my bank account generating an over-ride in my account and my bank charged me for 35$. I've never subscribed to anything, Please help!

Same here. Got a charge for $7.16 on 9/10 and it wasn't authorized by me nor for anything I ordered.

I don't buy anything online from your Dell site. I want to know, what I should to do?

Thank you for contacting Dell's social media support. If I understand you correctly, you are charged by Dell on your debit card, but you never made any purchase from Dell. Am I correct?

It just happened to me today. Dell charged me $74.36 and I don´t know what purchase is this when I didn´t authorized it.

Hello, I recently got a fraudulent charge to my credit card for $833.51. I have reported it to the bank and deactivated the card and am getting a new one. But in preparation, I need to make sure that I am proactive in ensuring that I do not get this charge because it would be devastating to me personally. 

I think it was done on January 10th, but not sure because it's posted to my account now and the date on the page is updated. What information can I give or get to assist?
