Dell Customer Support is Very Bad

I am having problems with Dell products and customer service. I will wait until my latest issue is 'resolved' before I provide the details. I have a very long-winded complaint, and I want my latest issue to be concluded (I would say "resolved" if I were more optimistic),  so that the latest details can be included.
