Dell DataSafe Online

I purchased the 100GB Dell DataSafe storage option in July 2012 and backed up my data. Three weeks ago the hard drive on my laptop crashed and was subsequently replaced. Since then, after numerous calls to the Dell tech support line, my data have not been restored. Each time I speak to the tech agent, he tells me that they are working on it and he needs two or three more days to correct the issue. I do not understand why the service does not perform as promised, nor why my data have not yet been restored. Can you please direct me to someone who can help me?
