Dell Financial Services Website Never Works
Good Morning,
I have had a problem logging in to pay my bill every month for a year now. I have read your responses which are a canned "click get help" statement.
How about actually rectifying the problem and creating a functioning website? I'm lucky I can pay early so I keep trying until it works but I'm sure there are people out there paying on the due date and when this happens, I imagine Dell Financial is happy to charge late fees and penalize the customer when it's not their fault or have them sit on the phone every month pleading to waive the late fee. Either way, where is the convenience of online payment from such a huge corporation?? PLEASE FIX YOUR WEBSITE. Thank you so much and have a great day!

Why is the URL some odd secret that you can only get in PM???? And why doesn't the dell site link to this secret URL so like everyone who is trying to get to it can ahhhh get to it?

Here's a crazy idea, send an email to ALL Dell/DFS users notifying us of the address for the working site where we can pay our bills. Making it difficult for people to send you money is not the path to success, just sayin'
