Dell Tax Department

How long do I have to wait for the Dell Tax Department to process the tax exemption forms I faxed in? I've been waiting a week. I don't have forever to wait for this. I need to get the products ordered so that my company can get them installed. Its frustrating that I am not able to call and talk to the Dell Tax Department to check the progress. Calling the regular support line does nothing for me. Its is clear they are not trained on this area and will just try to forward your call around or drop your call.
