Dell corporate offices phone number? #4
I bought a dell XPS 15 in december 2011. Since than I have had to my laptop repaired 13 times. 13 times. Its about to be #14 because dell came to my house to repair my laptop and it was unsuccessful. I am tired of dells TERRIBLE customer service. I am tired of being told "give us one more time to repair your laptop". Dell has been the worst company i have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. I have asked for a replacement for over a year and keep getting told no. Please just give me a phone number where I can actually get real answers. My service tag is <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>.

I agree 13 services does seem to be a lot. I may be able to help. Please send me a private message, just click on my signature and then click start conversation. In the message please include the service tag and any case numbers or dispatch number along with a small description on what the symptoms that you have noticed on your notebook.
