Dell keeps changing the delivery date

I ordered a Alienware computer on Black Friday. Original ship date was Dec. 12th. Then Dec. 16th. Now its Jan 10th. This was a Christmas gift.

I called customer service and never got anyone on the phone.

I'm very disappointed. Huge change from the last time I purchased a computer from Dell... 

I upgraded the RAM. That was it. Should not be too much of an issue.

What's going on here? Are they making it so the Black Friday special doesnt happen?
