Dell laptop and desktop support certification
The company I work with is looking to get someone certified to repair dell desktops and laptops instead of having a technician come out every time we have an issue. I am unable to find any information about getting there certification as far as cost, process, or even where to apply for it. Any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
