How do I file a complaint with Dell headquarters?
Hello:
- Purchased an Alienware Computer.
- Your website said delivery date would be 5/31
- Good I am home that date so I press buy button.
- After you gut my money receipt said would be deliver by 6/7.
- Good I am home on that date.
- I get tracking number from FedEx: 443866XXXXXX
- It is telling me will be deliver on 6/1 end of date.
- I called Dell as I WILL NOT BE THERE.
- Dell tells me I have to contact FedEx.
- Called FedEx and said they can do nothing.
- Contact my neighbor and give him my ALARM CODE to be there at end of date.
- FedEx trys to deliver at 6:24 AM ???
- Contact FedEx and they said there is a restriction on package and there is nothing they can do and contact the shipper.
- Contact Dell First person I CANT UNDERSTAND.
- Called again and got XXXX. I told XXXX my situation and said If you cant get me the computer on Thursday when I WILL BE home if not I dont want it.
- Jose Puts me on hold and tells me the return process has started.
Couple of things:
- I have spent 2 hours on the phone. Your time is money so is MINE.
- Your employee Jose sounded that he was doing me a favor by not charging me return or restocking fee?
- Your employee Jose never made an attempt to remedy the situation.
- Now I hope I get my money back.
- Got email regarding return
- Now I am being told that my refund could take 3 weeks that is unacceptable. I need my refund NOW.
Lost a potential multiple computer purchase customer.

I filed a complain through an agency. Failure to deliver, failure to address my issue quickly, lack of customer service, holding my money ransom and if your time is money mine is too. I need my refund now.
