How do I contact Dell Corporate office?

I am sorry to say but the Dell customer service has got bad to worse. I have been Loyal enough to be with Dell since 1995. I have given a lot a business to Dell for personal use as wells as through my friends and family and never thought of going with any other brands. But I think I should now consider going with other brands. If anyone from corporate office likes to know why I am giving above statement and wants to take time to investigate, you can go thru the SR# . its regarding my order number . Worst customer service ever.
