How long does it take to receive a return shipping label?
I initiated a return this morning but never received the shipping label via email. I've checked my spam folder as well. Does anyone know how long this usually takes? I'd like to process the refund as soon as possible.

I have had a same issue, I brought two laptops last month and I wanted to return one, and I initiated return with in a week or so, I waited, waited for return label it never came, finally when I called dell for the return label (31st day), they said item can not be returned as the return window is closed. I feel dell is running a scam
