IOLA - legit extension of Dell Support or scam?
I've learned that my elderly father just purchased some sort of support service contract for his Dell laptop, and he claims that he arranged this through Dell support, but the service was set up with a 3rd party company called IOLA. Is this a legit partner of Dell, or is it possible that my dad *thought* he was at Dell but actually got a spoof Dell support site by typing Dell in Google search? i just want to verify that IOLA is a legit Dell support services partner before Dad's laptop is taken over by viruses/scams. Thanks!

We apologize for the delay in our response and for the inconvenience caused.
We understand you want to confirm if IOLA is a legit partner of Dell. We do have software support and contracts service call Dell Tech Concierge provided by Dell. However, IOLA does not look like a partner with us. If you can share the contract order number or the service tag of the computer, I can go ahead to check and see if there is any records from our Dell Support Team.
