International Support Services

International Support Services is sending me around in circles. I want to extend my warranty, but cannot find how to do it. Here's what happens: Dell says: "Sorry, I can’t help you at this time. I will learn more about what you have asked. Would you like to continue with what I have learnt so far?"

 

Aside from the non-word, "learnt", why would I want to continue if you can't help? So I chose the only sensible option, which was to go to this forum.

 

OK. Here I am. Can anyone tell me how to extend my warranty?

Have you transferred the ownership from one region to another? 

 

Where was the system originally purchased from?
