Invoice and Item Number Confusion
I received the invoice for my refurbished XPS 13 2 in 1 (7390) yesterday after my purchase and am quite confused by some of the items listed on it. I'd like to get some clarification on why certain item numbers are here when they shouldn't be part of this order at all (from a configuration standpoint).
KM213 : Module,Information,Dual In-line Memory Module,1,667 DDR2,2X512
- 864KE Information,PLACEHOLDER PIECE-PART
DHCKG : Module,Label,Advanced Micro De vices,A9,All In One
- PF07Y LBL,AMD,A9,AIO,WW
5P4RC : Module,Information,Video,Advan ced Micro Devices,1GB,Asset Re covery Business
- 864KE Information,PLACEHOLDER PIECE-PART
This laptop should not include any AMD products (isn't the AIO a workstation?) AND memory that is DDR2 (when it should be LPDDR4x).
Any information regarding these items is greatly appreciated!

I am having the same problem. I placed an order for an xps 9310 with 16GB 4267MHz LPDDR4X Memory.
My receipt shows "KM213 1 Module,Information,Dual In-line Memory Module,1,667 DDR2,2X512"
I called dell, was transferred multiple times, finally to a sales person. When i asked about it, he was quite angry and said the KM213 is a solid state drive, not memory, and told me to just proceed with my order.
I also got a separate e-mail saying:
"
Dear xxxx,
Thank you for contacting Dell Online Customer Care.
This order contains 16GB 4267MHz LPDDR4x Memory Onboard "
I guess I'll see when i get my laptop. I am very confused about whats going on because obviously Dual in-line memory module refers to ram, so i'm just getting spun in all directions.
