Issues with Asurion Warranty

I had previously bought a third party device from DELL with the warranty. After issues with the order, DELL Compensated me back for my Asurion Warranty which was very nice at the time, and said the warranty is still goo with multiple emails to back this up. 

 

Roll over to March 2021, and I want my device repaired. Asurion have no record of it, DELL has not helped (Customer eservice just sends you through departments for over two hours). Evidence provided to Asurion on request of purchase, and it's almost impossible to talk to a representative  at DELL with a expertise in actual customer care. 

 

Has anyone ever had an issue with DELL and Asurion, and how was it resolved? Is there someone I cant even contact anyone and I'm just so completely drained/Exhausted with this experience. First in my lifetime.
