Keyboard service, 2 months not solved

Question

My keyboard stopped working for which I have raised an issue on October 18th 2021. I was said technician will come to my place and get the keyboard replaced. But it is December 29 2021 and my problem is still unsolved. I call every alternative day asking for updates and help but every time I get the reply as ' Problem will be resolved with 48 hours' but nothing happens. I have also mailed thousands of times but no response from them too. I have also asked for follow up calls and requested to speak to their senior manager but neither did receive any call from the team nor any other help. As a customer I really don't know where else to go and ask for help. Such horrible customer service.

I have been waiting for 5 months now. It's been 5 months since I raised an issue and still my problem ain't resolved. First dell promised me to get my laptop's parts replaced and my keyboard ain't working. Then after waiting for 3 months they promised me that they will replace the laptop with a new one. After this it has been 2 months since any update. They don't reply to my mails, neither do they call back. For 5 months I am sitting with a dead laptop and can't do any of my works.

I will never recommend dell to anyone in the future. First they mailed me that I will receive a new laptop with backpack, after that they are saying I won't get the backpack. What kind of joke is going on with dell. No responses no updates nothing. Who's gonna pay for the time that had been wasted of mine. I am the one suffering as a customer as all my important works are on hold. Such horrible support from a brand like dell.
