Major hardware issues XPS 13 (9370)
I wish I had never bought my XPS13. Have had non stop problems with it since I bought it in six months ago - spent literally weeks on the phone to tech support, had two engineer visits to replace major components (2 x motherboard, new screen as apparently that might have made the wifi work). Every single time I did a Windows Update it broke. My cyber security insurance does not cover me unless my laptop is up to date with Windows so I have to do them. Today the engineer came again as it would not connect to (or even see) the internet. She couldn't fix it and left me with a laptop I cannot even turn on - just the blue screen of death. I am trying to get a full refund - for the laptop and the dock - and will be straight off to buy an Apple when I get it.

I am having issues with the same computer. From the moment of purchase seven months ago, it has been a nightmare. Good luck with your new Apple. You may see me in line behind you
