11/20/18 I ordered a 'Inspiron 17 5000 Series -5770'. Dell sent me the laptop and I still don't have it until this day. I also haven't got any type of refund. I'v called the representative Multiple times and every time they told me to wait a few days for the refund money. I'v been waiting about 4 months. Where is my money?
