Monitor Service Tag number is invalid, not working on site?

* Click DELL-Cares
* On the right under, "Contact Me", click, "Send this user a direct message"

* Provide in that private direct message the following private data =
- Monitor Service Tag number
- Monitor 20 digit Serial number
- Dell order number (if purchased from Dell)
- If not purchased from Dell, you must provide a picture of the sellers invoice that shows the sale date and your information (full name, address, phone, etc.)
