Monitor screen peels off?

Hi! I have a problem with my Dell monitor. Its screen was slowly peeling off. At first it was a small bubble popping in the screen, but as long as I fixed it, the screen still gets back looking like it was being peeled off. I thought it was only a plastic covering on the screen. But when I tried to peel it off while the desktop is on, I noticed that I will only see a white screen without the plastic that is slowly peeling off. What can I do with it?
