monitor warranty status, UP3216Q
Hi
I have an up3216q monitor the Dell has replaced my old (up2715k) faulty monitor with this.
When I want to check the warranty I got this: There is no match for that Service Tag or product ID. Please try again, auto-detect or choose from all products.
Please help thank you!

We want to look into this case for you. We therefore request you to share the service tag of the old and the new tag along with the name of the registered owner and email ID in private message. We will look into this for you.
