My UPS tracking number is not valid
My order status update to SHIPPED in date 2014-01-24. In my order detail i see the UPS tracking number but when i click on tracking number and the UPS web site page is loaded this message is showed:
UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later...
Why? How can i trace my shipment?

Contact Dell using this form concerning the incorrect tracking number.
They should be able to look up your records and send you the correct one.
