Need Help with bad Hard Drive, Active warranty, but refused support in US and DE
Hi,
I have a laptop that in a matter of 3 months had the hard drive go bad. I got help from a tech Rajesh who was amazingly helpful. I bought my laptop in the US as I am an American but I moved to Germany. I am having the same issue with my laptop 3 months later again and both the US support team refused to give assistance as they say I live in Germany. And the Germany support team refused because my laptop was purchased in the US.
I want to know how to get this resolved. I am very frustrated and find this to be very unprofessional.

Hi sarah,
Sorry about the run around. What is the issue with the hard drive? Did you run a hardware diagnostics (f12 during startup). Please send me the service tag via private message.
