Need Verification to my Order

Question

I just received an email to verify my order, and i send to them my phone number but still did not get any answer, also i communicated with Customer Support and they did not help me and the just give me a number to call verification team and i called them 3 times from outside US and you know that will cost a lot of money to be on waiting up to 50 minutes!

I just need to confirm my first order with Dell, i don't need a bad experience with Dell.

Please anyone could help, i need to deliver this order before 15 Aug
