No Order Confirmation After 24 Hours
Hi there,
I ordered a tv last night and still do not have order confirmation and I do not see any pending charges on my payment method. Can someone help me out? I have the Purchase ID.
Visiting the Order Status page results in this message:
"We are unable to find the Order Number or Dell Purchase ID you have entered. Please verify and re-enter."
