No order confirmation, IRN not recognised

Hello, I placed an order for a Dell G3 15 3590 on the 7th May. I received an order acknowledgment and an IRN, however it is now 7 days later and no other confirmation has been received. When I try to check the status on the website it states the IRN cannot be found. However the money for the laptop is showing as accepted by my bank and is taken from my available account balance.

Will this order ever go through, or have Dell sold out of the laptop, not informed me of this and not cancelled the payment from my account? Please help.
