Order Pricing Issue: Purchasing a Mobile Workstation with a Dell Preferred Account

Problem Description: I have recently placed an order for a Dell Precision 7720 mobile workstation. To complete the purchase with my Dell Preferred Account, I needed to have my ordered approved by Dell Financial Services and complete that order over the phone. Though, the quote given to Financial Services was filed as a price match (not eligible for coupon codes), despite the quote being from Dell itself. As a result, I was not able to use the 7720SAVE41 coupon code and was forced to pay a higher price.

Is there anyway to receive the 41% off starting price granted by 7720SAVE41 coupon code? I will likely have to cancel my order if that isn't the case, unfortunately.
