Ordering system with different language and keyboard

I have the same proble. Want to order PC from Dell US web site with different physical keyboard layout.

Like, for example (thanx to Apple!) they have such an option(https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-mac/macbook-pro/16-inch-space-gray-2.3ghz-8-core-processor-1tb# ), but I want to buy windows PC. And swap from my macbook pro 13 to dell xps 15, however missing option regarding keboard choise with various languages.

If you want that option, you need to buy the Macbook -- you won't find that available on the Dell system.

Actually it is very pity that Dell can not offer such an option to satisfy the customer and to earn some extra money.
