Paypal Pending with No Confirmation Email
Hello,
I've recently placed an order with dell and paid through paypal. The order has been submitted, and is pending on the paypal end. However, I haven't received a confirmation email, and my online reference number at the time of purchase is invalid.
The amount hasn't been deducted from my account yet since its pending, but I'm worried that if i make the purchase again, the pending amount will be accepted, and i'll be changed twice.
It seems that others have had this problem as well, any tips on resolving this issue?

So I was able to resolve the issue with customer care! Turns out there was indeed an issue with the online payment, and it didn't go through. If anyone else has this issue, I recommend speaking to Dell, make sure you have your internet reference number, as they can track down the issue and send you quote for credit card payment.

If more than 72 business hours have elapsed since you submitted the order, without confirmation - the order has failed at some point; you'll need to contact Dell to find out where.
