Poor customer service - rep hung up on me

I called customer service today because I placed an order last week (02/17) and it was supposed to arrive on 02/19. It's now 02/23 so I decided to give a call since the order status page just shows the order as "processing". I held for about 15 mins before I was connected with a rep. He advised that I would have to speak with a different specialist because he could not fix the order and could only look into it. I told him it was fine and I was placed again on hold. I was on hold for an additional 30 mins and spoke with a rep again. Again I was told that there was nothing they could do to resolve the order and in order to fix it I would have to speak to someone different. At this time I told the rep that I did not want to go on hold again and that I had already been transferred to her to resolve the issue. I told her I was completely fine with speaking with another agent but I wanted her to get them on the line with me (3 way) and I did not want to go on hold again for 30+ mins again. I did not think that getting my order fixed would become this hard to do. The agent told me "ok im getting the person on the line right now" the call went silent for about 5 mins then I was disconnected or hung up on. My order issue still has not been resolved and im once again on the phone holding. Ive spent over 1.5 hours just trying to figure out what happened to my order. It is unacceptable.

Over 2 hours spent on this issue now. I have spoke with customer service, modification department, verification department, gift card department, sales department. Everyone keeps insisting they cant help with my order (which shows a hold) and i keep getting transferred, waiting on hold then transferred to someone else. I'm extremely frustrated and don't know what to do.
