Pricing on Dell site not being honored by Dell

I ordered RAM from the Dell site for my 3620.

Searching the RAM on dell site, I saw this:

Dell Memory Upgrade - 8 GB - 2RX8 DDR4 UDIMM 2133MHz

This is For

Dell Price $56.89

But Dell rep and "DellCare" say they cannot honor that price and they want to charge me $115.29 for the same. This price is still valid on their site but they will not honor it. All they can do is give me 10% off from the $115.

This is ridiculous, if you are advertising a price, you have to honor it....
