What does the above mean? Dell is not clear when checking service call progress?

Hi ajwees41,
Rapid Response Depot is the same warranty type as Depot warranty, however, with a lesser Turn around time of 3-5 business days instead of 7-10 business days.

I have an open service call and DELL-Frances Yap is helping me with a different question, But I still don't understand why the service call has No parts listed or even a box being sent?
