Ready to ship? Not likely
So on the 5th of September 2021 I ordered a alienware laptop and an Alienware monitor. I ordered both Items as the were listed as ready to ship.
Apparently "ready to ship" has a different meaning for Dell.
The original estimated date to receive the order was the 14th of September. Now the laptop says its in production and delayed for a month. Why would you say it its ready to ship if that is not the case.
The Monitor still just says order received and has yet to be confirmed.
So frustrating!!

So I had to call again to have the monitor confirmed. I still don't understand why nobody notified me there was an issue. Had I not called nothing would have been done.
The order was placed on a DFS hold , but DFS could not explain why other then to say they released it after I called.
Now both Items have a production delay despite being "ready to ship" when I ordered.
