Scam calls
Have received over 100 calls from 301-2015 (no area code shown) trying to get me to give them access to my Dell computer. They do have info about the model number of my computer. The number rings at an urgent care facility provider in Phoenix AZ (I am in Tucson) so obviously their phone number has been hijacked somehow.
My problem is the frequency of calls is increasing on the blocking log and I often am disconnected by the app as it blocks the calls. The individuals - both male and female - are not on the line until a few seconds after I answer and insist they are with Dell. Eastern possibly India accents. VERY persistent.

Our apologies. We are aware of the problem and have notified our Dell Securities team about the scammer attacks. Follow the instructions in the announcement, "Scammers posing as Dell Technical Support" found at the top of this Customer Care board.
