Service Tag (Removed)

The screen flashes with many horizontal lines but can be fixed temporarily by rocking the screen back and forth. I know it's a hardware problem but have no clue how fix it and don't have the parts anyway.

Is there service or a warranty extension available for this machine?

I know it's out of warranty.
