UPS: Address Information Required. The shipping address provided is either incorrect or incomplete.
I ordered a laptop from Dell Germany. The UPS tracking shows: "The company or receiver name is incorrect. This will delay delivery. We're attempting to update this information."
The customer service has not responded me yet.

I have the same problem. My laptop was do be delivered to Berlin but never arrived.
When I investigated I found "Address Information Required The shipping address provided is either incorrect or incomplete" in the tracking information but have found no way of contacting UPS, the website will not net me submit any message to customer support and the DHL webform calls my phone number as invalid.
Do I have any options other than contacting my bank for a refund?
