Unknown Delivery Date for XPS 13

I placed an order for XPS 13 9305 on Sept 4 and it is still yet to know when my order will be delivered. I have contacted dell support and I am kept telling that it is escalated and I will be informed with with any update.

I finally received an update via email today that orders shipped from Asia will be delayed. Dell Support could not tell me a new estimated delivery date.

Meanwhile, I look up on XPS laptop page. If I order the same same model, the delivery date will be tomorrow if express shipping is used.
