Waiting on A Return Label - Soon to be past 30 day return period

This seems a bit unprofessional for Dell to do this, as I've been asking for a return label for nearly a week and now my 30 day period ends tomorrow. I'm not sure what to do, as the shipping period took 10 days.  And the return label period is now taking another decent chunk.  

 

Will Dell extend this period given the lack of response on their end?
