Last year, I submitted an RFP for a virtualization project for our company. All I've heard, and this has been a while back, is that we're working on it. On 30 December 2014 I submitted a request for a quote on laptop batteries and also mentioned the RFP again. Still, I have heard nothing from my sales rep. I have been a Dell customer for 20+ years and have never had this problem. What do I have to do to get Dell to respond?
