Where's my laptop!
Purchased an Inspiron 5515 last Wednesday (12/01/21) and selected next day delivery which means it should have been here by Friday. I chose a "ready to ship" item to get it quicker.
As of 12/2/21 Dell is saying that it has shipped while UPS is saying 'label is created but we haven't received the item to give you a delivery date'.
Been reading that this is an unfortunate common occurrence with Dell and I want answers as to why I haven't received anything. I would also like to know how it's possible to give delivery dates when history proves your company is not capable of expediting their shipping.

It means the notebook is on its way from the manufacturer in China to your home country.
The tracking number becomes active once the shipper in your country receives it.

I believe you may be missing the point of the question. If Dell knows they are not capable of expediting shipping why offer it. When I and others are told and pay for "next day" shipping, we expect it when it it promised.
I don't care where it's coming from I care that Dell is not more transparent.
