XPS One 27 Touchscreen Availability in India

Dear Sir or Madam

I have been searching for a desktop and have quite set my mind to XPS One 27 touchscreen based on the positive reviews and customer feedback.  However, I have no way to find out when this product is available in INDIA.

I understand that it is available for both order and shipment in other Asian countries, but there is no news whatsoever about a release date for India.  I called the India sales support and got an "I don't know and I have no idea" answer.

And the sign-up icon in your page does not work.

I should be grateful if you could provide me an estimate of a release date so that I can move forward to make an informed decision.  I need to know if I should wait or change my mind about getting another desktop.  Even an estimate about whether the wait is weeks or months or not sure when.
