dell acknowledgement buy no order confirmation

I have ordered an new Insprion gaming desktop VIA Dell Canada on 27th July, I received an order acknowledgement email, however,I do not have the confirmation email and  when I clicked on the order status I found out there are no record in recent order, Im just wondering if my order go through or do I have to order again. BTW, called customer service a guy said he gonna transfer me to another sales expert but end up with nothing.
