dell powerhedge 1650

Hi, I have a powerhedge 1650 with three SISC which was in storage for few year. It was working perfectly ok.   but now, the server turns in but  there is no video or key Board signal.    I checked the monitor and it is working with other computers.   Need your help please .  Thanks.
