egift card not working

I bought a DELL monitor on Jun-22. I have received an egift card in an email. I couldn't open the link so I made a complaint to DELL customer care. They have sent another egift card today in an email. That link also has the same issue. Whenever I try to click the link, it opens a new window with the below message.

Access to dell.cashstar.com was denied
