At the time of the purchase, you would have received an email for the order confirmation.

This order confirmation email would have details like Order number, customer number and Dell purchase ID. Any one of these would work.

The service tag (7 digit alpha numeric code) could be found at the back of the computer or at the bottom on a white label.
