replacement computer
I received a replacement computer from dell after my original computer failed. But now when I want to add it to my products on the delll web site I am getting this message:
MPL Asset returns NULL value and unable to insert service tag.

Hi jefmbf28,
Thanks for posting your comments on the Dell Community Forum Customer Care Board regarding the service tag status of the exchange system. It may take a couple of days for the transfer to be noted in your account records. This procedure is a normal part of the exchange process and does not require any action on your part.
