I should have clarified from the beginning. It is best to completely uninstall, (it might even be a good idea to go to the programs directory, and remove its folders and any remnants of the previous install) 'old school' style) and re-install the application. I've seen this many times where something just doesn't click until that's done.
Also, I would be sure that you're using the most current iso for MDSM.
I know this sounds like a 'nit-pic', but I've seen it too many times to not consider it.
I'm thinking everything is fine as well. I'm curious if you ran any updates on that host AFTER you installed MDSM. It's quite possible some patch or update helped to overwrite something under the hood of MPIO. I would try re-installing MDSM on that host. I've seen it many times before. Most of the time, this will resolve the nagging alert.
Thanks for the suggestion. I reinstalled MDSM, but I'm still receiving that error. I did not perform an uninstall first, but I didn't think it necessary. Any further ideas?

Hey, Madendever.

If this still doesn't resolve it, let me know.

Hello Marcus Vinicius Braga,
What is the current version of firmware that is on your MD3220i? What version of MDSM are you using as well?
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
